Coconut Milk Ideas?

I have more than half a can of coconut milk left from the Thai Chicken Pasta last night, and I have no idea what to do with it. I hate to just throw it away...so I thought I'd see if anyone had any ideas for it! Post a comment if you have any suggestions.
